Apt. Meleze - Vallouise Centre

Apt Meleze is an independant apartment within Chalet Chabrand, with its own separate entrance up the external stairs to the first floor.

The apartment is on the first and second floors. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a large shower, wash basin, and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet, a sitting/dining area with double sofa bed, TV, DVD and CD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with French windows onto a balcony. The kitchen has a standard size oven, a 4-ring electric hob, a fridge, coffeemaker and kettle, plus all the usual kitchen utensils.

On the second floor there are the two bedrooms; Bedroom One has a double and a single, and Bedroom Two has two singles. The private enclosed garden, complete with barbecue and bench, lies directly underneath the apartment, providing shade in the summer and a great play area for children in winter. By the entrance door to the apartment there is a convenient breakfast balcony that catches the early morning sunshine with ample space below for canoes and outdoor equipment.

The apartment is ideal if you want the convenience of day-to-day necessities such as shops and restaurants combined with close proximity to the mountains and valleys of the Hautes Alpes; from the doorstep you can mountain bike, walk or kayak on the River Gyr. In winter the X-C ski trails are a 3 minute walk away. The apartment also gives you easy access to the village square, the beautiful 15th Century Church and the weekly village market for which the historic village of Vallouise is famous for.

• Building: A private chalet split into two independent apartments - Apt. Meleze and Chalet Chabrand
• Position: Apt. Meleze is either East or West facing depending on which balcony you are on. To the North you have a great view of the 16th Century church in the centre of Vallouise

• Bedroom 1: One double bed (140x190cms) and a single bed (90x190cms)
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds (each 90x190cms)
